Report: Commanders signing WR Olamide Zaccheaus
Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

The Washington Commanders have agreed to terms with veteran wide receiver Olamide Zaccheaus, multiple reports said Thursday.

Zaccheaus, 26, played last season for the Philadelphia Eagles, appearing in all 17 regular-season games (one start) and making 10 catches for 164 yards and two touchdowns on 20 targets.

An undrafted free agent out of Virginia in 2019, Zaccheaus played four seasons for the Atlanta Falcons with his best year coming in 2022, when he started 13 of 17 games and made 40 receptions for 533 yards and three TDs.

He has a total of 104 receptions for 1,492 yards and 10 TDs in his career.

Zaccheaus follows former Eagles offensive coordinator Brian Johnson, now an assistant, and reserve quarterback Marcus Mariota from Philadelphia to Washington this offseason.
